The Process

This workshop is all about having fun and creating beautiful pieces to hang in your home, for your wedding or as gifts from things you found on the beach.

Susie has an array of ideas and examples to inspire you as well as a solid collection of beach finds such as shells and seaweed for you to use to create your artworks.

Feel free to bring anything you have found, particularly pieces of drifts wood (small ones!) which you can incorporate into your work.

The Workshop

No level of skill or creativity is required for this workshop but if you are creative you will also really enjoy being inspired by Susie’s endless ideas and creativity. What can be guaranteed is that you will go home with at least one piece of artwork that you never expected you would be able to make in an afternoon!

Really popular for hen dos and family/friendship groups, this class can be booked as a private class for a minimum of six people but we also run regular classes where you can come along and join in by yourself or with a friend.

A typical Craft Workshop workshop includes:

• Welcome and workshop introduction

• Some demonstrations and inspiration from Susie to help you decide what you might like to try making

• A choice of “stations” where you can get started on your chosen project

• Susie will be on hand to help if you get stuck with design or technique

• Lots of tips and tricks that will help you to recreate everything you make in the studio at home.

• Tea, coffee and cakes will be served throughout to you can concentrate on immersing yourself in this fun creative process.

• Take your beautiful creations home with you at the end of the workshop.

• All materials are included in the cost

Susie is on hand throughout the workshop to help you with techniques and develop your painting.

Please wear clothes that are comfortable and you aren’t worried about, just in case!

Minimum age is 14, minimum class size is 6 people.
If the minimum number is not enrolled we reserve the right to postpone the course.
